With the release of the new (higher!) 2008 assessments, it is time to speak out, especially during this period of declining real estate values.
Information from Michael Rierson (1464 Waterfront Road) pertaining to the hinges used on the 'Plain and Fancy' cabinetry in Newport Shores homes. He has worked with the manufacturer to offer a free hinge replacement program.
A meeting will be held on June 30, 2003 at Brown's Chapel at 7:00 p.m. to discuss a proposal to build an enclosure for the Lake Newport tennis courts.
